– über außergewöhnliches Moment, am 19.Juni 2021 Hamburg –
Beim Komponieren für Instrumente und Stimme versuche ich die Charakter von jedem/jeder Interpreter*in im Voraus sensibel zu beobachten. Es enthält meine Liebe zu solchen Interpreter*innen als Komponistin dazu.
(in English): The piece “Schöne Stellen(2021)” is made to give a notion like an old-fashioned Film-trailer/ Presentation. It is about the observation of a famous old-fashioned clarinetist through Mass Medien. As an erotic sinful woman -but also as an old-fashioned Handwerkerin -, in view of mine, his poetic words and actions about his pure longterm-love about his clarinet seemed like untruly, unrealistic just like the advertisement show for public. As trying to figure out the differences from him, more and more finding the very common sides in way of thinking about music and the beauty like having ambivalence with a Mirror-figure.
The term “Schöne Stellen in Musik”, which came from his lecture Concert, also came from T. Adorno is interpreted in this personal piece with abstract, hidden musical Symbols, Text and Visual. It consists of not only the beautiful moments in some of my favorite music but also the sounds like a few noises, silence recorded roughly by Laptop and Smartphone, which are coming from technical instrument itself or nature, plus some InterviewTalks by StarMusician in Broadcast and YouTube/Facebook, not in real concert hall as usual, which represent also my situation in front of my laptop during Pandemie-. I captured some unique beautiful points of his words for enlightening, some spots dispersed for distracting. And then put my side like Counterpoint together.
For remembrance of a short strange Dialogue in Workshop 2019 with a universal clarinetist, being sudden questioned by him and being questioning to him.
Biografie / Biography:
Ji Hyun Yoon studierte in ihrem Heimatland Südkorea Klavier an Musikgymnasium und Komposition im Bachelor an der Universität. Während des Studiums in Korea erhielt sie dank Spitzenleistungen Vollstipendien und wurde mit einem Preis für das beste Studium an der künstlerischen Abteilung an ihrer Universität ausgezeichnet. Schon als Studentin erhielt sie viele Kompositionspreise und ihre Kompositionen wurden häufig mit professionellen Ensembles aufgeführt. 2014 wurde sie Mitglied des Komponistenverbandes in Busan. Von 2013 bis 2017 unterrichtete sie als Teaching Artist im Rahmen des von der New York Philharmonie durchgeführten Bildungsprojekt „Very Young Composers“. Auf der Internationalen Woche der kulturellen Bildung 2016 2016 der UNESCO wurde ihr der Lehrpreis verliehen. Von 2018 bis 2020 studierte sie bei Prof. Mark Andre und Prof. Manos Tsangaris Komposition im Master an der Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden. 2019 erhielt sie den Kompositionsauftrag für AuditivVokal Dresden und ihr Stück “Gras” für Vokalensemble wurde in Hannover und Dresden uraufgeführt. Ihr Orchesterstück “Inneres Gefühl(2019)” wurde vom MDR Sinfonieorchester uraufgeführt. Seit 2021 studiert sie Multimedia Komposition in Kontaktstudiengang “Neue Kompositionstechniken” an Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. 2021 hat sie als eine teilnehmende Künstlerin für Projekt “CoLaboratory 2.0/Digitale Künstlerresidenzen” ausgewählt und während Zusammenarbeit mit Medienkünstlern wird sie mit Stipendium unterstützt, um ein digitales Kunstwerk für Animation und Klang zu schaffen.
